Please note that the Krowned in Karknak collection is only available for exchange or as a credit note

 

Return Requirements:

Please ensure that your return meets these requirements to ensure a smooth return process.

• The item must be unworn and in its original condition, with all tags still attached.
• The item should not have any marks or stains, including makeup and spray tan.
• The item should not have any odour, including deodorant, perfume, body odour, or washing powder.
• The returns tag should still be secured to the item.
• A receipt and proof of purchase should be available.

It is important to note that Modern Muse reserves the right to reject returns items that are not in their original condition or items that have been damaged/tampered with.
